This apartment exceeded all expectations! The location was super convenient, with bus stops nearby to easily explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything from a stove to a coffee machine. The two balconies provided amazing views of the sea and plenty of sunlight. The highlight, however, was the owner's exceptional availability - even in the middle of the night when I lost my key, they quickly provided a spare. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone visiting the region.

Quiet apartment in Protaras, close to Green Bay Sports School. Helpful staff and owner. A coffee machine and a fridge provided. Excellent and stunning location near the center of Protaras, the city centre and Protaras. Nice surrounding, set close enough to everything.

The owner, Nicholas, and his family were very helpful. the two balconies in the room were refreshing and spacious. the location was excellent, with easy access to various beaches and supermarkets. the bus stop was convenient for transportation. the air conditioner and ceiling fan provided were not necessary due to good ventilation in the room.

The building was so beautiful, I couldn't decide between enjoying the sea or mountain view. I had a blast playing darts and cycling around the area. They even had business facilities! Wow!

Oh, the first aid kit was just what I needed to fix all the problems I encountered during my stay. So handy.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the most refreshing and clean smell. We felt incredibly safe, which is crucial for us as we have a little one running around. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the nearby beaches were exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect, with easy access to the center of town and a fantastic Greek restaurant just a minute away. The owners, Nicolas and his wife, were beyond accommodating and treated us like close friends. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, even offering a free upgrade when they noticed a slight smell of smoke in our initial room. They were always available for anything we needed, and Nicolas even let me borrow his charging adapter. If you're looking for a peaceful and family-friendly retreat, this is the place to be!

It was easy to explore attractions like the National Park of Cavo Greko by car. the apartment itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bedroom and a big bathroom. the kitchen was fully equipped and there was a little space behind the house to relax in the evenings. the owner, Nicolas, was always available and helpful. a great property that I would highly recommend. Our stay here was wonderful, as the hotel is conveniently located near one of the best beaches and offers plenty of entertaining activities. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it. 🏖️

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with access to the best beach in the area where we got to swim with turtles. It was also close to other amazing beaches that we could easily reach by bus or by renting a car. the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. the bathroom was modern and the shower was perfect. the service provided by the host was excellent, with quick responses to any questions we had. a great experience for our family.

There was a slight odor in the room that improved after airing it out, but it didn't completely go away.

The apartment was fabulous! It was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch and kept us entertained during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the location, as it was within walking distance to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Plus, it was easy to explore nearby attractions like the National Park of Cavo Greko. We really enjoyed the little space behind the house where we could sit in the evening, it added to the charm of the apartment.

If anything, the main road location of the apartment could be a bit noisy, especially with the offroad quads passing through. the kitchen could have been better equipped for longer stays.
